Marcus Jorgensen is an actor and model based out of the Midwest region. He started his career with catalog modeling for White Owl clothing in Southern California and eventually landed the cover of two young adult books from the supernatural book series The Chosen Coven Trilogy by author DL Blade. His step into acting started out as background in LA for a student film by Sarah Gross called "Bolero", which went on to perform with high success in the short film circuit in Southern California. After performing in a few more students films, and a lead role in an unreleased independent thriller, Marcus returned home to Indiana to begin a PhD program in behavioral endocrinology. At this same time, he continued auditioning as a freelance performer using Backstage and landed a lead role as Hank in the short film "The Scratching". Soon later, Marcus signed with Heyman Talent Agency based out of Louisville, KY - solidifying his hand in acting using a monologue from NBC's hit show, "This Is Us" to sign with Heyman. Since joining, he has booked a number of print and commercial modeling gigs, including King's Island, Pure Romance, ASI Furniture, and Shoe Carnival, as well as high-fashion runway for the Kentucky Derby. Recently, Marcus has finished work with director Jamin Winans (The Frame) for a featured role in an upcoming feature film, and a featured background role with director Robin Givens for a holiday film releasing in 2022. His most recent work has been featured background work on a Netflix reboot of a horror film. Marcus met his wife, Melissa, in 2003 when they were in middle school, and they married in 2010. They have five young children and home school on their small homestead.

Marcus was born in Leicester in 1981 and growing up he lived with his two sisters and mother on the out skirts of the city in Glen Parva. This was I until he was 11 years old when under tragic circumstances he was taken into care. The trouble is he was experiencing at this age was all due to the fact he had lost his father when he was 8 years old. This meant he had to grow up fast and before he even left school he had his first flat on the St Matthew's estates known for being one of the worst in the city. Struggling to make ends meet he was in and out of jobs until he was 19 years old when he met the mother of his children and now wife Anna. It was at this point he settle down and became a window fitter for the next 10 years but this didn't feed his creativity and he just wasn't happy so he decided to give it all up and go back to college to pursue a passion in carpentry and joinery. It was at this point Marcus was again struggling by in his day-to-day life he stopped by for a chat with a long-term friend and martial art teacher kwoklyn Wan who offer him some JKD training. Marcus believes he own everything to him because of the help and encouragement given to him at that time. Marcus always had one dream and kwoklyn helped him find away of making that dream come true by setting up a casting company. Marcus then spent many years doing anything and everything he could in the industry to gain the valuable onset experience that was needed for him to push forward from doing background and SA work to take on more featured roles. This is where Marcus's experience in in Martial Arts and stage combat helped him secure some fantastic roles alongside some of the biggest names in the industry. After spending five years within the industry and co-writing a feature film he decided to buy all of his home equipment and to invest into a film studio In the Coalville sadly this didn't go to plan and now Marcus is fully qualified in media production with a level5 HND in media production.
