Leon J Brumby's interest in the Performing Arts started as he grew up in Australia from the young age of five. Gifted with a natural talent for singing and an early interest in music, his growing talent quickly drew attention and the eventual progression leading onto legitimate theatre and on-stage performances as actor, stage director and eventually artistic director; an eventual outcome of 21 years of training culminating in his specialist degree. Now relocated in the USA working within the Hollywood and Independent Film Industries has meant switching his focus from acting performance as he gains attention screenwriting and producing for the Screen. Now an experienced Screenwriter with a demonstrated history of working in the Entertainment industry has broadened his skills in Improvisation, Film, Theatre, Screenplays, and Creative Writing. Strong operations professionally helps with a BPA (Theatre) focused in Visual and Performing Arts obtained from the Queensland University of Technology. Responsible as Co-Owner and Producer for Arizona based film company QuickSilver Productions, LLC, his focus and goal is to continue working within the USA (Australia, whenever possible) encouraging new talent, providing new opportunities and paying forward. To this end the current movie production, a Western titled Of Myth & Legend is set for production in New Mexico and Arizona. QuickSilver Productions LLC - a new screenplay and film production company based out of Tucson, Arizona - will continue its mission to provide quality entertainment. Of Myth & Legend is a great start.

He has wanted to became an actor since he was age 8, inspired by his uncle who owned a video rental store. Growing up, he was full of energy and somewhat troublesome, so his parents decided to introduce him to various hobbies such as martial arts, basketball, horse-riding ,science club and painting to keep him out of trouble.which worked out very well he even skipped 6th grade and graduated with honors. He quickly developed a love for acting at the age of 13 years old when his English teacher encouraged him to start act in plays.At the age of 15, Leon came in second place in the local Amateur Comedy Contest. Leon majored in English Literature in Chongqing Jiaotong University and he went to New York City to take acting and film-making course as an exchange student, and later on, he moved to Beijing to pursue his career in acting ,in the meantime, worked as English teacher,Model,MC,Viral video producer. He starred and co-produced the "Zui hou de qiang wang"(2012 The Gunmen ) after his famous 7-Up viral.In that short time, he landed himself a starring role on La Vita Mode(2012 Singapore,Malaysia),The Conspirators(2013 Hongkong),Last Flight (2014 China Thailand).
