Dara Sisterhen is an American actress, songwriter, and musician. The daughter of Brooke Sisterhen (a professional singer and dancer) and Jeff Sisterhen (a businessman), she is of English, German, and Scandinavian descent. She was born and raised in a small town called Denver, North Carolina. Dara began songwriting at 10 years old and soon after got into improv and sketch comedy. Years of Charlotte based theatre and comedy performances led her to Los Angeles where a budding acting career has spawn in TV and film. Her debut EP "Boom" was produced by Dave Cobb (Sturgill Simpson, Jason Isbell, Chris Stapleton) and released on April 7, 2015. Her music has been compared to the Shangri-Las, Patsy Cline, and Lesley Gore. She will be releasing more music all throughout 2018.
Originally from Reading, Pennsylvania, Dara enjoys a full and passionate life as an actor, dancer, and choreographer. She received a B.A. with Honors in Dance Performance and Teaching/ Choreography from Mercyhurst College in Erie, Pennsylvania, and an M.F.A. in Choreography from Jacksonville University. She has worked all over the east coast and is pursuing opportunities nationally and internationally. A talented performer, Dara believes that creating is her true purpose, and therefore sees performing as her life's work and not just a career.

Born in Brooklyn, Daran was first discovered by Keith Urban of (fubu) clothing at 50cent video shoot in 2005. He was selected to be in Disney movies as a child but his grandparents didn't approve. He grew up in Minnesota and has been playing sports through his teens. He has been recording music since and is now in Dead End (2019).
