Jiu Jitsu starred Nicholas Cage, Alain Moussi, Tony Jaa, and Marie Avgeropoulos. The film was #4 on Netflix in the US the week of it's release. Dimitri also rebooted the iconic Kickboxer Film Franchise. He wrote, produced and directed the two new Kickboxer's. Dimitri brought back Jean Claude-Van Damme along with Christopher Lambert from Highlander and several major fan pleasing world champion MMA fighters like George St. Pierre and Fabricio Werdum along with MikeTyson. Kickboxer Retaliation got 92% from critics and 84% from the audience on Rotten Tomatoes. Dimitri is not only an award winning filmmaker, but has had several significant milestones in his career including in 2013, winning the Monaco Film Festival for his documentary Momo, The Sam Giancana Story, as well as Executive Producer/ Showrunner of two Warner Brothers TV series, developing and Executive producing Stephen Kings Sleepwalkers for Columbia Pictures. Directing four TV pilots, and making one of the highest selling most successful documentaries of all time, Champions Forever with Muhammed Ali.
