Raised in Corona, California, Devyn discovered her passion for performing arts at a very early age; she wrote and performed her first small play when she was in first grade. While other children were rioting and looting, Devyn set herself up with a radio/cassette player and microphone, and recorded her own radio shows in her room. She started taking acting lessons when she was about eight years old; one of her favorite teachers is accredited Efren Ramirez of Napoleon Dynamite. Years and liters of black eyeliner later, Devyn moved from the slow, comfortable life in the suburbs to the fast and entertaining chaos that is Hollywood. It is here that she plans to build her already budding career as an actress. Devyn's two greatest influences are classic film icon, Marilyn Monroe, and mother of the modern burlesque movement, Dita Von Teese. When she is not vivaciously lighting up the silver screen, Devyn can be found singing musical theatre or death metal, pole dancing, screenwriting, crowdsurfing at a concert, or cuddling her ball python.
Devyn LaBella is known for American Horror Stories (2021), 9-1-1 (2018) and Deep Breaths (2020).
Starting off at just 4 years old in front of 3,400 people per night for the hit Broadway musical "Waitress" (first national equity tour), Devyn's career has since taken off like a rocket! Shortly after "Waitress", Devyn and her family partnered with TANDM Talent Management out of Los Angeles and signed for bi-coastal representation from Take 3 Talent. A few months later, at the age of five, Devyn was carefully selected out of thousands around the world to star opposite of award-winning actors such as Adam Driver, Marion Cotillard, Simon Helberg and work with the highly regarded, critically acclaimed international director Leos Carax in the musical feature film, "Annette" (2021). This was Devyn's first time both traveling and filming overseas (Belgium & Germany). At the 74th edition of the Cannes Film Festival, Annette won Best Soundtrack, Best Director and opened the prestigious festival. Devyn's live-action performance in the film has been reported by some as one of the best by a child actor, and she is one of, if not, the youngest actors ever to sing a full length song on film. At 6 years old, Devyn also worked alongside with the talented, award winning cast of Jessica Chastain and Eddie Redmayne in the anticipated thriller, "The Good Nurse", directed by Tobias Lindholm. A few months later, she was cast as the granddaughter of acting legends Bryan Cranston and Annette Bening in the Paramount+ film "Jerry and Marge Go Large", under the direction of award winning director David Frankel. She is complemented and commended regularly by industry peers on her natural talent, work ethic, handling challenging roles, her big personality and her ability to quickly learn and adapt. In her spare time, Devyn enjoys trying new foods (she loves sashimi...especially tuna, eel, and octopus), traveling to new places, swimming, golfing, board games and anything that is competitive or challenging. She is also a whiz at both reading and math, learning 2-3 grades above her age group. While she is passionate about acting, Devyn is very empathetic about philanthropy and is always looking for ways to give. She has an Annual Birthday Fundraiser that has donated thousands of dollars to various nonprofits and children/pets in need. While in Germany for filming, she became aware of the ocean pollution epidemic from an exhibit at the local aquarium and looks to aid in both cleanup and awareness. There is no doubt that the future is bright for this young, rising actress.

With two Netflix series slated for 2020 release and currently in the spotlight as Sage on the revolutionary sci-fi hip hop series Utopia Falls (Hulu), Devyn Nekoda is watching her star rise fast in the industry. No stranger to leading roles, Devyn joined the "promising young cast" (Hollywood Reporter) of Utopia Falls after two seasons as Vanessa on Backstage (Family Channel/Disney/Netflix). Prior to that, she amassed co-starring appearances on Ghostwriter and Northern Rescue along with recurring roles on Degrassi, The Next Step, and Annedroids, as well as Raising Expectations with Jason Priestley and Molly Ringwald. Prior to shifting her talents on camera, Nekoda had a formidable dance career at a young age, winning titles at events across North America, touring with the JUNO-nominated kids entertainers Splash'N Boots, and performing with Edyta Sliwinska (Dancing with the Stars). Driven by the determination and discipline of an accomplished dancer, she clinched her first-ever on-camera audition, landing a leading role in American Girl: Isabelle Dances Into the Spotlight, then made her feature film debut in Disney's The Swap. Devyn also lent her talents to Mishka, a short film project that has benefited charitable organizations such as Little Warriors, An Ark of Hope for Children, The Unchained Project and Kids Help Phone.
