Denise Mone't is a native of Houston, Tx. She studied Business Management at Sam Houston State University, graduating with a Bachelors degree and graduating from Lamar University with her Masters degree. She is a writer, director, producer, actress and now editor. She has directed 5 independent feature films including Hidden Agenda, Behind Closed Doors 2, The Ring Widow, My New BFF, and Dirty Thirty. She has also written 4 out of the five films that she directed. Denise is scheduled to direct 4 feature films that she has written in 2023. She has also Assistant Directed several projects such as Cairo's Egypt and A Reason To Live. Although she didn't go to school for film, her love and passion for the arts lead her to discover her natural talent in acting. Denise knew this was for her when she auditioned for her very first film and was cast as the lead role. Since then she has appeared in several independent films, a television show, and a few theatre productions. You may have seen her in TV One's Fatal Attraction, a feature film starring comedian Rodney Perry, and The Killing Secret starring Blue Kimble. Denise has worked with artist such as Tyler Perry, Greg Alan Williams, Jamal Woolard and Jasmine Lewis. Denise's role in the independent film, What's, has been recognized by the TPN film festival with the best actress award. She started her own production company back in 2014 called Purple Hart Productions. This was inspired by Comedian Kevin Hart who she is a huge fan of. Denise is a Christian, a mother and educator. She recently opened another LLC, Break A Leg Studios, to start acting class for thespians in her community. Denise wants to create opportunities for everyone in the independent film industry by creating films and TV series right here in Houston, Texas.

Denise Moreno is an award winning Spanish-American director, actor and writer. While working as an actress she discovered her passion for filmmaking and now writes and directs. Her short film "Sisters" won best film, best actress and best script at Premios Latino 2018. Denise Moreno was born in Madrid, Spain, to a renowned Spanish classical music producer and an American translator who had made Madrid her home. Denise grew up feeling equally comfortable both in European and North American cultures and considers both Spanish and English to be her "first languages". While studying piano and ballet as a child, Denise discovered early on that she had a passion for acting and at age 12 began to attend acting classes. At age 16, she was discovered by the top modeling agency in Spain, Traffic, and quickly signed by other international agencies including Ford in NYC and Storm in London. She became to appear in International fashion magazines, such as Vogue, Glamour, Marie Claire and Jalouse. In 2005, during her first summer working in Paris, Dior representatives taken by the singular beauty of her face offered her a contract for the DIOR cosmetics campaign of Spring/Summer 2006. Bilingual in English and Spanish and fluent in french Denise has worked in international films and on stage in Spain, France, UK, Ireland, and in the U.S. In Spring 2012 Denise made her debut on the London stage at Riverside Studios, performing in The Oresteia(2012)by Aeschylus directed by Anastasia Revi (TheatreLab Company). Revi went on to direct Denise in the lead role of Salome in Oscar Wilde's "Salome" receiving outstanding reviews on Denise's work and that of TheatreLab.

She attended dance classes from the age of two until the age of six-years-old. She quit dance classes for her first 'job' at the age of six-years-old, serving in a clerical capacity for the family-owned auto parts business. Denise opened her own business as a baton twirling instructor at the age of fifteen. She attended Memphis State University (now University of Memphis) on a band scholarship as a majorette. She was employed at FedEx Corporation for several years. During that time, she served in Accounts Receivable, Collections, manager in International Accounting, Sales Specialist in International Air Freight sales, as well as other capacities. Denise lived in Atlanta, GA, for 10 years, but returned to the Memphis area following the death of her husband. She joined her mother as a Realtor for eight years, until she became her caretaker. During this time, Ballroom Dancing became a large part of Denise's life as a means of stress release, socializing, and love of the art of dancing. Denise has participated in various capacities in the production of independent films, such as writing, producing, directing, wardrobe, and prop-master, but her devotion and true pleasure continues to be acting. Denise enjoys traveling, spending time with her grandchildren, and learning something new every day.
