Careena Collins
Careena Collins was born Sandee Johnson. Collins began her career in the adult entertainment industry at age 18 by answering an ad for a nude modeling assignment and started performing in explicit hardcore movies in her late teens in 1985. She signed an exclusive contract with the company Western Visuals and frequently worked for director Jerome Tanner. Moreover, Careena was well known as a submissive in bondage-themed films. Collins took a hiatus from adult cinema in 1987 so she could attend law school and earn a law degree (she graduated at the top of her class with a 4.0 grade point average), but returned to porn in 1994. Carel Nel is a multi-award winning actor, known for his roles as Karl the Android in Ridley Scott's Raised by Wolves, Abraham Lincoln in Grant on The History Channel, and the Emmy-nominated Roots. He has appeared in numerous international and local films and television shows, including Blood Drive, Shepherds and Butchers, The Last Days of American Crime, Young Ones, The Endless River and Flight of the Storks, to name a few. Other theatre credits include the one-man show Slaaf (nominated for Best Solo Performance), Die Fliek, A Midsummer Night's Dream, The Demon Bride, Koöperasiestories, Balbesit, The Garage Sale and Chekov's Die Kersieboord.
Carel Struycken
Carel Struycken was born in the Hague, The Netherlands. When he was four years old his family moved to Curacao, an island in the Caribbean. At age sixteen, he returned to his home country, where he finished high school. He graduated from the directing program at the film school in Amsterdam, following which he did a year at the American Film Institute in Los Angeles. After school, he collaborated on a number of projects of writer/director Rene Daalder. He was "discovered" as an actor at the corner of Hollywood and Vine in Los Angeles by a lady who had abandoned her car in the middle of the street, calling after him, "We need you for a movie!". In addition to cinema, he has also appeared on TV, notably as the recurring character, valet Mr. Homn, on Star Trek: The Next Generation (1987). Carel has also helped in hardware and software development of virtual reality systems.
