Raja and his father, who live in Hong Kong, are devastated when an accident leaves the latter on the verge of death. He decides to reunite his father with his grandfather in order to make him happy.

Kishan and Birju, two criminals, work for the dreaded don, Yamraaj. While Birju enjoys working for him, Kishan decides to leave the crime world after killing an honest police officer.

Raju, a petty thief, is on the path to reformation but decides to retaliate when he learns that his pregnant sister has been deserted by her lover Arun and humiliated by his family.
